Our vision is to reach the world for Jesus by training all disciples of Jesus to become disciple-makers.

Each day Grace and I look for two types of people: lost and saved. If they are lost, we witness to them. If they are saved, we offer to train them (including the people we have just led to faith). Everything we teach the new trainees, we expect them to reproduce by witnessing to people and training those who believe in a reproducible pattern that cascades out for generations.

We call this disciple-making process Training for Trainers (T4T). Trainers and disciples together hold one another accountable to witness to the lost and train new believers to form reproducing discipleship communities led by rapidly maturing leaders generation by generation. By living out this spiritual principle, we will see hundreds of thousands come to faith according to the biblical pattern illustrated in this passage of scripture:

“The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
